Rajesh has more than 3 decades of experience in diverse sectors in India and the Middle East. His forte is Strategic Planning & Business Development. He has worked in the Construction & Joinery Industries in Oman for around 10 years and was also part of a family Interior Design business for 5 years before that. Project Inweaver was a natural outcome of his experience in the domain and his search for better sourcing and marketing solutions for the industry.
Joseph Thampan is a multi-talented personality with in-depth experience in the Hospitality, Construction, and Property Development domains. He has led one of the leading construction companies in Oman as their General Manager and headed the company’s Construction, Procurement, and Production facilities. He is a domain expert, a great leader, and a certified LOTS® coach. Joseph leads Marketing with his expertise.
Jose is a specialist in Technical Project Management, IT Operations & Security. A PMP certified, professional with an eye for detail and skill for execution, Jose is passionate about technology-driven businesses. He is a meticulous planner, researcher and a dynamic team player.
Principle at Shivakumara Swamy & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Bangalore, Shivakumar is a Finance professional with immense experience as an Auditor and advises Inweaver in Finance & Compliance. A thorough professional and a reliable advisor.

Teresa Rajesh
Manager – Strategy & Business Development
After her B.Com, Teresa worked in KPMG for a year before joining Inweaver as the AM Customer Acquisition and Strategy. With her experience and liking for Finance & Strategic Planning, she is now working in these areas apart from Customer Acquisition Strategies.
