Bindu Did Her Post Graduate Diploma In Interior Design From The Institute Of Fashion & Design, Bangalore. She is a Passionate Designer who has worked on various projects over a design career spanning 19 years, and has started her own business- Loft & Line. Her Business Model Is Unconventional, she takes responsibility for end to end design & execution and closely works with her clients in every step to bring the best outcomes.
Co Founder
An Engineer with Business Management background, Sekharan is the Co-founder of Loft & Line, who handles Business Management and Business Development activities. His over three decades of experience in corporates handling customer management and customer engagement significantly helps Loft & Line’s stated objective of achieving highest level of customer satisfaction through an Inclusive Design Process.
With Loft & Line, we intent on turning your dream home into an ambient reality. We hand-select contractors and collaborators to join our team, who focus on precision to the smallest detail. Various international manufacturers, including Hafele, Hettich, and Aristo, select an extra smooth-running mechanism to ensure the best quality, longevity, and hassle-free usage.
Site visit is mainly for both sides to get an introduction of each other and to understand client’s needs and a high level budget.
Based on the client's needs and budget Loft & Line will give suggestions and exchange ideas including getting the inputs from the client.
Initial Design Proposal. Loft & Line will show 3D designs to clients, take Client’s inputs, revise design if needed and finalise.
Final Design is done and the Contract formalised with an agreement & Advance payment
During execution LofNline will not only take the responsibility of complete execution but also get involved in Materials Selection.
Loft & Line manages the entire project to client's satisfaction & hands over as per the agreed scope of works.
